Contracted by the Housing Development Corporation to design, construct, operate and maintain a new Wastewater Treatment Plant to replace the existing plant. - Strikers Village Wastewater Treatment Plant, Point Fortin – Design and Construction of Refurbishment Works.
Decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant and the Design and Construction of a new wet well and pump house and the installation of new pumps and electrics together with the construction of sewer force main and gravity mains for the Water and Sewerage Authority. - Nestle Trinidad Limited – Refurbishment of Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Contracted by the Housing Development Corporation to design, construct, operate and maintain a Wastewater Treatment Plant and three (3) pumping stations at Mora Heights, Rio Claro, for a 250 units housing development - Santa Monica Wastewater Pumping Station – Design and Construction of Refurbishment Works.
Design and construction of a new wet well and pump house and the installation of duplex submersible pumps and electrics for the Water and Sewerage Auhority. - Paramin Water Booster Pumping Station – Design and Construction.
Design and construction of a duplex Vertical Turbine Pumping station for the Water and Sewerage Auhority. - Debe Wastewater Treatment Plant – Refurbishment and Expansion of the Plant.
Refurbish the equipment of the existing plant and expand the plant capacity from 60,000 gpd to 240,000 gpd by the addition of a US Filter/ Davco 120,000 gpd plant. Complete new electrical power and control systems and supply and installation of ultraviolet disinfection system. - Arima Wastewater Treatment Plant – Refurbishment of Primary and Secondary Clarifiers.

Contracted by the Land Settlement Authority to design, construct, operate and maintain a Wastewater Treatment Plant at Harmony Hall, Gasparillo, for a 600 units housing development - Tyrell Bay Marina and Boatyard - Carriacou, St.Vincent and the Grenadines
Feasibility study for the development of a marina with fully serviced berths for 80 vessels and a landside boatyard for storage and repairs for 100 vessels. Design of the marine elements of the project consisting of dredging and reclamation requirements, finger piers, sheet pile quay face and haul-out facility. Design of the land base elements of the project consisting of earthworks, drainage, desalination plant for potable water, wastewater collection system including treatment and disposal system and workshop buildings and structures.
